About Me

Theatre is my passion. To me it is one of the purest form of art…it is live and you can't add or take away from it. What differentiates it from other forms of artistic expression is the very fact that every audience member can bring their own interpretation to a story and our different meanings are right. Now you can't beat that! Creating a character to me is a process which is akin to a woman getting pregnant and giving birth to a child. You get pregnant with your character, give them a name, their own unique characteristics and idiosyncrasies and then you give them a voice to tell the story you want them to tell. The beauty of that process is seeing them on stage. The same way, a mother would watch their little child playing when out on the playground. Now you can’t beat that!
